Google Hotel Finder has some great features, one of which is the ability to keep a shortlist of potential hotels when looking for the ultimate place to crash.
UPDATE: After playing with this some, it’s actually pretty limited, a lot of hotels in NYC aren’t listed, and it won’t work outside of the U.S.
